Please join us for a two-part offering that includes outdoor accessible slow flow yoga practice and personal reflections. Accessible slow flow is exactly that – accessible for EVERY body and intentionally slow. We will hold postures, breathe, adjust, and be in our bodies. Dean Thames invites you to begin the day doing whatever is necessary to make space (mentally and physically) to be fully present on the mat.
